Founded by Audrey L. Dowling, a retired federal executive, ordained minister, author, and educator, the enterprise serves as an umbrella for innovative programs, publications, and services that bridge public policy, leadership development, faith-based formation, and creative expression.

Our Founder: Audrey L. Dowling, M.P.A., M.M.
Audrey L. Dowling brings more than two decades of distinguished experience across federal government, public health, environmental justice, tribal affairs, congressional engagement, ministry leadership, and higher education.
She holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) and a Master of Ministry (M.M.), and is an ordained Elder with over 30 years of ministry and prayer leadership experience. Audrey retired from a long 28-yfederal career that included service with agencies such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC/ATSDR), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), where she led and supported large-scale initiatives, stakeholder engagement efforts, and high-visibility programs impacting vulnerable and underserved communities.
Throughout her career, Audrey has been known for her ability to:

- Build trust across government, nonprofit, faith, and community sectors
- Lead with both data and discernment
- Mentor emerging leaders and practitioners
